🌊 North Wall (Paximadia)
The North Wall dive site is located in the northern part of Mikro Paximadi island, 8 miles from the Mare Sud base, and it is only accessible by boat. As its name suggests, this is a wall dive reaching a maximum depth of 35 meters.
The current varies depending on the weather conditions, while visibility can reach up to 20 meters. The water temperature is around 25°C.
Marine life includes: Diplodus vulgaris (Sparos), Diplodus sargus (Sargos), Maena smaris (Marida), Sponge (Porifera), Pterois miles (Lionfish), Belone belone (Zargana), Scorpaena scrofa (Red Scorpion), Epinephelus marginatus (Dusky Grouper), Epinephelus aeneus (Grouper), Oblada melanura (Melanouri), Siganus luridus (Dusky Spinefoot), Serranus cabrilla (Comber), and Serranus scriba (Painted Comber).
